Brenda Scowden

Brenda Kay Scowden, daughter of the late Paul &and Stella Hesster Lee, was born June 30, 1948, in Aquilla, Missouri and passed away at her home in St. Charles, Missouri on April 13, 2010, at the age of 61 years, 9 months and 14 days. Mrs. Scowden had lived in Aquilla, Missouri before moving to St. Charles in 1969. She was a member of the First General Baptist Church in St. Charles, Missouri. On October 30, 1969, she was married to Lester Scowden in Aquilla, Missouri. Surviving are her husband, Lester Scowden of St. Charles, Missouri; two sons and daughter in law, Kevin Wayne Scowden of St. Charles, Missouri, Eric Lee & Janet Scowden of Wentzville, Missouri; two sisters, Shirley Walker of St. Charles, Missouri and Janet Owens of Bloomfield, Missouri. Other relatives and friends also survive. Friends may call on Thursday, April 15, 2010, after 11:00 AM at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri. Funeral services will be on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at 1:00 PM in the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri with the Rev. , Missouri officiating. Interment will be in the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
