Bobbie Dean Felton

Bobbie Dean Felton of Canalou, son of the late Roscoe Raymond & Ida Lois Fletcher Felton, was born in Evening Shade, Arkansas on November 20, 1941, and passed away at his home in Canalou on March 29, 2018, at the age of 76 years, 4 months and 9 days.

Bobbie had lived most of his life in Canalou. He worked for over twenty years for the Scott County Milling Company, over twenty years with Wohl Shoe and had farmed. He enjoyed wood working and being with his family.

On September 25, 1962, he married Connie Carolyn Vaughn in Canalou, Missouri.

Surviving are his wife, Connie Felton of Canalou; three sons, Jimmie Dean Felton, Gary Eugene Felton and Larry Eugene Felton all of Canalou; two daughters, Pamela Sue Garza and Peggy Sue Southard both of Canalou; fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and one sister, Betty Brewer of Morehouse. Other relatives and many friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one son, Robert Dean Felton and one brother, W. C. Felton.

A private family visitation will be held.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 31, 2018, at the Matthews Cemetery in Matthews with interment to follow.
