Arthur Moore

Arthur Eanes Moore, the son of the late Arthur Outo and Cordealia Annie Burris Moore, was born in Malden, Missouri on January 20, 1919, and passed away at the Missouri Southern Heallthcare in Dexter, Missouri on April 16, 2009, at the age of 90 years, 2 months and 27 days. Mr. Moore moved from Malden, Missouri to Dexter, Missouri in 1928, where he resided until his passing. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Dexter, Missouri. On October 21, 1939 he was married to Helen Laveda Crump at Bloomfield, Missouri. She preceded him in death on March 17, 2007. Surviving are one son, David Eanes Moore of Bloomfield, Missouri; two grandsons, Scott Lynn Moore of Dexter, Missouri and Dawson Andrew Moore of Bloomfield, Missouri; six great grandchildren, Colten Glin Moore, Conner Lynn Moore, Paige Lynn Moore, Hanna Joy Moore, Adison Leigha Moore, and Sophia Lynn Moore. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one grandson, David Glin Moore on September 4, 1999; two brothers, Connie Denzil and James Remal Moore and two sisters, Iva I. Lemmons and Claude Lenora Taylor. Friends may call on Monday, April 20, 2009, after 1:00 P.M. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 20, 2009, at 2:00 P.M. at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Mike Kohlbaker of Dexter, Missouri officiating. Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Home of Dexter, Missouri in charge of all arrangements.
