Alberta Alene Trout, daughter of the late Andrew Jasper and Opal Fowler Stewart, was born near Bell City, Missouri on March 26, 1933, and passed away at the St. Joseph's West Medical Center in Lake St. Louis, Missouri on December 10, 2007, at the age of 74 years, 8 months and 14 days. Mrs. Trout had lived most of her life in Puxico and Bloomfield. She had made her home in O'Fallon, Missouri the past seven years. She had worked as a CNA at the Beverly Health & Rehab center in Bloomfield and had done private care. On February 23, 1951, she was married to Beril Trout in Piggott, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on December 26, 1996. Surviving are two sons, Thomas (Anita) Trout of Puxico, Missouri, Dwayne (Beverly) Trout of O'Fallon, Missouri; one daughter, Barbara (Jeremy) Willcut of Puxico, Missouri; three grandchildren, Victoria Willcut, Cody & Gavin Trout; two brothers, Donald Stewart of Sikeston, Missouri, Melvin Stewart of St. Louis, Missouri; five sisters, Margaret Barnes of Jefferson City, Missouri, Patricia Gallamore of Beloit, Wisconsin, Carolyn Casey of Dexter, Missouri, Connie Grady of Benton, Missouri and Effie Hughes of Morehouse, Missouri. Other relatives and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters. Friends may call on Wednesday, December 12, 2007, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico, Missouri. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 13, 2007, at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Puxico, Missouri with Bro. William Webster of Poplar Bluff, Missouri officiating. Interment will follow in the Puxico Cemetery in Puxico, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Puxico, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
