Albert Henson

Albert Donald Henson, son of the late Walter Joseph and Pearl Babbs Henson, was born in Gideon, Missouri on December 11, 1928, and passed away at the Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri on April 4, 2012, at the age of 83 years. He was of the Freewill Baptist Faith.. On September 2, 1964 he was married to Sarah Walker. She preceded him in death on January 4, 2005.. Surviving are his son: Donald Henson of Effingham, Illinois and one daughter Donna Henson of Chesterfield, Missouri. Two granddaughter Amada Paul &: Nicole Nash; one great grandson Aaron Craig. Three brothers: Vernon, Bob and Larry Henson. One sister: Vera McDale. Other family and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by two brothers: JT and Chuck Henson. Two sisters: DorisLong and Wanda Wildes. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2012, after 12:00 p.m. at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 7, 2012, at Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Kenneth Biggs of Dexter, Missouri officiating. Interment will be in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
