Agnes Crabtree

Agnes D. Crabtree, daughter of the late Clarence and Marguerite Simpson Vaughan, was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas on July 16, 1938, and passed away at the Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County in Dexter, Missouri on January 10, 2014, at the age of 75 years, 5 months and 25 days. She had lived in Southeast Missouri the past twenty years and had been a Sunday school teacher and Pastor in the Assembly of God Church of which she was a member. She was married to Richard Patrick Crabtree, Sr. and he preceded her in death on January 13, 1999. Surviving are two daughters, Pam Ratajczyk of Scheller, Illinois, Pat Hente of Dexter, Missouri; six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; three brothers, Gerald Vaughan of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Robert Vaughan of Hawaii, C. R. Vaughan, Jr. of Searcy, Arkansas; one sister, Donas York of Jacksonville, North Carolina. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one son, Richard Patrick Crabtree, Jr., two sisters and three brothers. Friends may visit on Monday, January 13, 2014, after 12:00 noon at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 13, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Mike Kohlbaker of Dexter, Missouri officiating. Interment with be in the Morgan Memorial Park Cemetery in Advance, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
