Elois Floyd Elois Floyd, the daughter of Ovella Pope Peck and the late Woodrow Peck, was born in Flint, Michigan on October 4,1946, and passed away at her home in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on May 9, 2005, at the age of 58 years, 7 months and 5 days. She had been a resident of Malden, Dexter, and Fisk, for many years, she lived in Fenton, Missouri for five years before moving to Cape Girardeau a year ago. She was a member of the Calvary General Baptist Church in Dupo, Illinois. On January 17, 1998 she was married to Sonny Floyd in Fenton, Missouri. She is survived by her husband, Sonny Floyd of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; one daughter, Sandra Kay McAdams of Fenton, Missouri; one son, David Elliott of Kansas City, Missouri; her mother, Ovella Peck of Fisk, Missouri; one step-daughter, Pamela Campbell of Chaffee, Missouri, three step-sons, Danny Floyd of Fenton, Missouri, Duane Floyd of Jackson, Missouri, Stephen Floyd of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; four grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, one great grandchild, three step-great grandchildren, two brothers, Don Peck of Fisk, Missouri, Wilson Peck of Qulin, Missouri; three sisters, Joyce White of Springfield, Missouri, Elaine Wilkerson of Benton, Missouri, and Pat Peck of Fisk, Missouri. Other relatives and friends also survive. Friends may visit at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter on Thursday, May 12, 2005, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 13, 2005, at 1:00 PM in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Gale Lambert of Dupo, Illinois officiating. Interment will be in the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter Missouri in charge of arrangements.
